Still no feedback and week 4 no collection

Since my last complaint 11th of November 2015 still no feedback was given to me and on Saturday Morning the garbage truck was in our street and I was standing outside waiting for them when they came to our block they turned down to Park street and never returned.Yesterday on the 17th of November when I walked back from work at 16:00 they were in Hamilton avenue and NEVER CAME TO CLEAN OUT our dustbins up to now.I am thinking that its because I complained that they are being spitefull but we will see who's spitefull when it comes to paying the refuse removal because it will not be me!!!
