Still no electricity after 4 days, 4day old baby

Our power was disconnected on Thursday last week. Payment was made on Friday morning by owner. Today is Sunday and after several promises to have the power reconnected we still have not had anyone follow through with this. My son and I came out of hospital and he his 4 days old. We are suffering and so is he with the cold and no power in order to bath or feed him with. This is inhuman and on top of it all I have two other small children that are no getting ill as we have had to go out at night/late afternoon to bath my children. This is unacceptable and would really like some honest feedback.
