Still in the sewage.....

<p>We own a block of flats and there is a municipal drain on our property. This drain is constantly overflowing and when we get private plumbers out they say it is a municipal problem. The municipality has fixed it a few times but the problem keeps recurring. This is causing a health risk to our tenants. I have spoken to the Health Department and yet nothing is done. I believe the system is overburdened because it started when the house next to our property was sold and lots of rooms were built on the property. Please can this be sorted out once and for all?</p>
