Still in the poo!!!!!!

We own a small block of flats in Germiston. There is a municipal drain on the property that keeps getting blocked. This started when the property next to the flats was developed from just a residential house to about 20 rooms. I have had very little luck with the municipality until I reported the problem to my DA ward councellor. The municipality then came to fix it but it keeps getting clogged up because, in my opinion, the system is over burdened. This is causing a health risk to the tenants of these flats.

To report a problem to the municipality takes a minimum of 15 minutes by phone and their website is never working properly as you struggle to log in.

Just months before a municipal election the municipality is ensuring that the ruling party will not be getting a number of votes.
