Still being billed 8 years after I sold property
I sold a property in Edenvale over 8 years ago, and the EMM CONTINUE to bill me in my name and haven't changed the owners details. This has resulted in my name being incorrectly associated with a debt. To get it changed remains a mystery.

Someone from the Ekurhuleni Billing Department will contact you with regards to this issue. What they said is even though change of ownership may have been done it might be that when you moved out you never went to terminate your rates & taxes contract with the Municipality or a letter of transfer wasn't received from the attorneys.
