Staff not collecting ******* on numerous occasions

<p>On the 14th/07/ 2017 my dustbin was left outside full of *******. This is not the first time. The only time all the ******* is taken away properly is if it's Christmas or a public holiday and they want money. I pay for the service every single month and my account is up to date. Something needs to be done about this. I need to make arrangements to remove all the ******* out of my dustbin now. I would like to know what I'm paying for. </p>
