Spaghetti Piping

A severe leak at an incoming line at my water meter was repaired 27 hours after the call was logged. After I drained the pit, another small leak at a polyprop elbow was evident and another call was logged. Emails were to Ekurhuleni as well. After about 68 hours a delegation arrived at my house. They were Sepati and Gerrie from Ekurhuleni, a representative from SMEG the consultant and a team of two from Mbeko Holdings – Pakiso and Nicolas. The SMEG representative's brief was to confirm a suspected ******* connection ! (The subject of another Hello Peter review) In all honesty, if it were not for Gerrie Britz we would all still be staring at a hole in the ground.. He assessed the situation, gave clear instructions for the maze of 'spaghetti' piping to be stripped and new logical connections to be performed. Gerrie then stayed at the site until the work was completed by Nicolas. The entire operation took 1 hr 20 min.
