Slow respionse to water leaks etc

The first incomplete repair was reported 3 weeks ago and repaired partially 2 weeks back and details are:- On Saturday 11 July 2015 in response to a request to repair a water leak in the road outside 14 Gibson Road a team came, dug up the road and carried out the repair. Whether this was temporary or permanent I do not know but the soil was put back, tar was left on the pavement and the hole was surrounded with red tape to warn motorists. The repair needs to be completed and the soil properly compacted and the road repaired. The tar that was removed also needs to be taken away. The reference number was *** The tape is fast disappearing and lead to a serious accident.<br> <br> <br> The second incomplete repair is at a hole that I assume is a water services point of some sort in Miller Road just below the yield sign on the pavement of 14 Gibson Road, Hurlyvale. Previous report for your records - In addition there is now a water leak at a \mini manhole"on the pavement on the Miller Road side of the property at 14 Gibson Road which needs repair. Reference number ***. <br> <br> The 3rd is a leak on the pavement of 37 Gibson Road"
