Siyakhokha Ekurhuleni's terrible new website

The new Siyakhokha Ekurhuleni website (https://siyakhokha.ekurhuleni.gov.za) is terrible. Why did they replace a working system with something that does not work without the proper testing and vetting? I have been trying to load/link my banking details for over a month, have called numerous times, to be on hold for up to 30 minutes or just cut off. I have emailed over 25 times. I never receive a response. I finally managed to 'trick' the website into loading the correct banking details, but now it just says "unverified"... Tired of trying to make a really bad system work.
