Siyakhokha Ekurhuleni

What a bad service calling Ekurhuleni municipality,I called regarding their new payment website for 5 days with no luck holding the phone for almost 10 minutes,sent them an email no answer. It seems like that website doesn't work and it's frustrating,why did they change the old one?
