<p>I have been calling the municipality for a while now trying to activate the Free Basic Electricity, i explained all the people in my street are allocated one but not my house this has been going on for years now. im in Birchacres i have sent endless emails in the past and we discovered that we were paying electricity for another household up until we changed to prepaid, this is enough now. can somebody please give me acall.</p>
