Shocking Service!!

This is shocking service. I own my own home, pay rates and taxes and when I phone ti get a street light fixed next tobl my house, they let a tenant next door, tell them that it is working. 2 weeks today, now 2 ref numbers and no luck. I have even involved the CPF now as this was not a storm that takes this light out. This has happened now the 4th time this year. 5 days off from the 30th of each month, now 2 weeks off from the 15th of March!! It is pitch datk by my driveway at night.
