Shocking

My meter stopped working in October last year n wen I reported I was told they don't have meters but as soon as they do they will replace it wat shocked me was my electricity bill that was 800 from non working meter I laid a complain n got told they will look into it. Till today there is no response n yet the same manucipality cut off my power. Wat king of ***** do u run that u will estimate figures then cut power based on that u can come check the meter is still not running but ur goons cut my power off
