Sewer

Logged a call 19 June 2021 via call center and I haven't been assisted.

We've got Sewer all over the yard, we can't use drains nor bathrooms.

"2 emails sent to Call Center but no reply "

Been calling the Help Line and they've got no concrete feedback.

Escalation has been forwarded to Eddie Ngwenya (HOD) via call center and he never bothered to call and provide feedback nor send the guys to assist. I've got a 3yr old and 2 pensioners at home, everyone is sick.....

Today 12h19 I was told the Service Team will dispatch.... it's 15h08 and no one has arrived.

May someone please assist
