Sewage blockage

Our municipal sewage line has been blocked for the last 4 days and the whole neighbourhoods sewage is running out onto my property, forming a massive sewage dam running onto my neighbours property. Despite lots of calls to the call centre, nothing has been done and when phoning the call centre again tonight, they informed me that they do not even know the address that we have given them several times. They also said the call has been closed. They gave me reference numbers *** and ***. Tomorrow I am taking pictures of this issue and reporting it to the health department as well as going to the newspapers. This is unacceptable!!! We cannot breathe or eat or sleep here due to this issue. We need a solution that will prevent this from happening ever again in future!
