Service delivery is beyond ridiculouse.

Ekurhuleni has the worst service delivery i have ever experienced. There customer service centre is useless. The ppl are useless they sleep behind there desks. Disconect for no reason and promise to reconect by 4 pm. Well its now almost 7 and surprise surprise useless as usual no reconection. They should get rid of the whole lot of you .
