Service delivery

Our municipality doesn't have customer services ,what they care about cutting off electricity ,we reported electricity issues since last week Friday 26/02 *** ,***,***,***,since then they never rendered services required,since then no electricity ,we went to Germiston offices having In my mind that agent assistance will be done ,today it's Friday no one is attending us ,when we call call center we being told that someone will provide us with feedback which never happened , everyday promise is that electrician are coming ,we are so sick and tired of the ekurhuleni poor service they always have some issues with services delivery,our street light are all broken it has been years no one ever cared about community ,can someone please attend to our query ,we are enough of staying in the dark as if we didn't pay our bills.whenever we call we are being told we have to wait 4-48hrs if that time has lapse then excuses
