Service Delivery ???

Why are the pot holes not being fixed. They have been like this since December 2014. Secondly why are the road markings not being done anymore, painting thereof? Why are we paying Rates and Taxes? This should be used to repair and do maintenance. Why do your phones just ring and ring? How are you to get through to a department?<br> How are you supposed to query your account, they very quick to charge this and charge for that, but you not allowed to query this, because they just not contactable.
