Seriously Disappointing

<p>I am without electricity and have been so for the whole weekend. I phone ekurhuleni call center to lodge a service request but it's Monday now 18:00 54 hours to be exact and still no sign of assistance rendered. It's nothing big, I just needed someone to come and pull up the plug, but because no one cares we are without our most vital basic need.</p> <p> </p> <p>Ref: ********** </p> <p>The call centre is pathetic ,when u phone you are lucky to get through. Try it you will see what I mean. Just speaking to a consultant you get that impression that my request is on dead ears. They give you a time frame of 4/24 hours , 3days later m still without lights.</p> <p> </p> <p>Will we ever get good service from our fellow brothers and sisters? </p>
