ROTTEN, STINKING SERVICE

My water meter was removed on Tuesday, without prior warning and I have not had water since then. The hole was covered up with rocks and bricks making it extremely difficult for me to get in and out of my gate. I have never in my entire life seen such poor, pathetic service. I have been complaining about the meter since June, reference no. ***, and now they remove the meter, don't cover the hole with the proper cover and disconnect my water!!! This is a health hazard and to my knowledge is not allowed!!! I doubt I will have a response to this complaint as that is their style! You try call them and the 'phone just rings, they do not answer at all. I lodged a complaint via the website yesterday but I am not holding my breathe for a response to that either!!!!
