Rotten service

There is a water pipe leaking in our sidewalk. It has been reported 3 weeks ago. Still nothing has been done. There is a rotting dam of water in front of my driveway because the water can't go anywhere. This is basic service that is not being done. You people are pathetic. And apparently the running of water down the street is not a concern.
