Ridiculous charges on water

I normally pay less than R200 for water, for the past few years my water bill never went to more than R500. But for the past few months months my water has been ridiculous. I am charged water usage of more than R1000 every month. On some occasion it has nearly reached R2000. This is ridiculous, it's out of my water usage pattern which I am sure it should also be confusing to you as well. I would like to get proof of how you arrived to this amount. This include meter readings.<br> I don't have any leaking taps and I don't water my lawn. I don't use my geyser which you can note from my electricity usage that it's low as I don't use my geyser always. It's probably get used maybe once a month. This means we don't use the bath to bath. We use small tubs. How can my water charges from R200 to more a R1000 dramatically?<br> You can even check my history usage of water for all the years. I've never used so much water in one month. Can you please look into this as it is ridiculous. This is a ****************.
