Renewal of driving licence

Hi on the 16th of August 2017 I went to the licence department in Springs to renew my ****** drivers licence and the response I got from the security guard at the gate was that they systems were going under an upgrade,fair enough I left and went back home .Today on the 03/10/2017 I go back again and I am being told the same story now my question is how long is this system upgrade been going for the guy at the gate tells me he doesn't know as he has just started his shift today????He refers me to a piece of paper on the gate with an office line that I can call and find out if and when they will be up and running( ********** /8631 I immediately try the line and it rings unanswered. Now the story is that this offline system is going through the whole of Ekurhuleni and therefore we can try outside of Ekurhuleni??meaning maybe Delmas or Heidelberg .It has been almost 3 months no one has answers due to this. I see that the only people allowed in the premises are the ones who are there for the initial drivers test now my concern is how are they going to be able to capture them on the system now that they are having a system a upgrade?????This has caused a lot of backlog on my side and it frustrates me that no one even knows or bothers to let us know what the real deal is. Someone please investigate this.
