Refusing to replace municipal properties.

Our street light is currently non existent. Ekurhuleni energy dept Springs will not replace the system as it's a "power point" which I fail to believe that out of the entire springs in a residential area that our pole is the only one without a street light (with markings of the previous fitting still visible) I've been struggling for 3 years for them to fix it but I'm being ignored and just get useless excuses for them not to do their job. There has been no feedback and I have to continue to make new complaints but nothing gets done.

Our taxes go up, yet they fail on service delivery. They repaired a light that has been missing for 7+ years on an irrelevant location but yet refuse to fix ours. No one was here yet to do inspection but I get countless excuses everytime without resolving the problem.

Would give zero stars to this useless energy department in Springs.
