REFUSE REMOVAL REFUSED

<p>Today was waste removal day in my suburb of Krugersrus, in Springs. For some reason everybody on the streets' refuse was collected except mine. This is not the first time this happened. I would like to know what these guys problems are, seeing as they decide if and when they will take my bin. I pay for refuse removal each month, shall I start deducting the amount I put toward refuse removal when my next bill arrives? This is not acceptable, why would everybodys waste be collected except mine? Some people just put bags on the pavement without a bin and even these bags were taken today!</p>
