Refuse removal

I am very livid about the service I receive all time from city of Ekurhuleni refuse removal service. They always make sure when they pass by to collect the trash, they move with the speed so that they cannot pick up the trash it’s annoying cause I am paying for the service that I am not receiving, most of the time I have to through the trash by the bush but I always pay for the service I am not rendered. I am mad an angry because this has happened for almost 3 yrs now. Please do something about it and train you workers because they not doing their job
