Refund

I sold a house in vosloorus ext 10,bought a new one in Meyersdal. They overcharged my rates,had to pay R80 000,now they need to refund me back.I think there's *******ion involved between the lawyers involved and people in municipality. I have been waiting, now,for 6 months now,no direction,they stay it delays but no valid reasons for this.
