Refund

On the 27 of july i went to the ekhurhuleni offices to get my refund on a property i had just sold in dawnpark. I was assisted by Ryno Reid who said to be i must get a letter from my attorneys and bring my banking detail for them to be able to process my application which i did the same day via e-mail, he then said it will take 4 Weeks for the refund.i started sending e-mails in august the third week and was told it will take 4 weeks.<br> Again i waited for another 4 weeks until end september now when i sent another e-mail then Reynaldo was Cc'd to date he has never responded i sent another e-mail to Ryno to get Reynaldo's number so he sent me his phone rang of the hook i sent an e-mail to ask for an alternative person he gave Yolande whom i spoke with on the phone first week of October. She told my documents were only submitted in September and i should wait till month end to get a response as head office is delaying to sign off, what upsets me the most is after waiting for so long i am told a cheque will be drawn and i will have to go to the attorneys to collect it again.PLEASE HELP
