Redunds on excess payments, deposits and closure on my account

Since the 29th September to date I am being ignored by all people I am emailing Alicia Hobe Alberton Ekhurleni Call centre

My account needs to be closed all proof and documents have been delivered and emailed. Sale of house I am due a refund on excess payments and deposit and my ACCOUNT MUST BE CLOSED. Even had photo;s date stampled, cancellation letter and lawyers letters - JUST BEING INGORED

I have logged numerous complaints on the e-Siyakhokha website with absolutely NO LUCK or assistance
