This is a formal complaint about the disgusting and total lack of customer care and service from The Germiston Council<br> <br> No phone numbers work, they just ring or cut off<br> No one at the call centre can help<br> The system is offline at the Municipal Offices They just don't care <br> <br> we have been forced to overpay our account before the due date and have still been disconnected and sit with no power, The Council sits with our money, our account is in credit and we get no power, no service, just nothing - its disgusting <br> <br> So who can help ????<br>
