Promises
After years of trying to sort out my council account due to incorrect valuation done on my property and subsequently my electricity meter being taken away , I paid up the account in full , 82500 rand , which is now the correct amount . Paid in full , they were supposed to come and re install my meter yesterday and it is now 16:30 the following day and no one has bothered to either contact me or re install the meter . What is going on people ? It is no wonder people don't want to pay !!!! I need my electricity re installed ......
