Problems with 3 phase electric meter very unhappy with their service

We have problems and ot satisfied. We phoned we email nothing no reply then last night we phoned got a ref nr ‪***‬ they tod if they don't go out they will send someone this morning they send someone but when my daughter in law went out to talk to them they told here it's for other people not for our problem but other persons. We send emails to tell them we got problems witn our 3 phases prepaid ele tri. Meter only one phase is working the other 2 stopped but nothing they didnt come out I am really furious it nearly a year we try to get out to look at it.

And the small box in house where we recharge main meter makes also problems ADRESS IS 32 DELPORT STR ELSBURG 1428
