Primrose Dustbin not collected for over a month and not on the actual date

Zero(0) rating for this issue . Its over a month now our dustbin are not collected in Primrose. Date of collection is Tuesday but sometimes it takes until Saturday to collect. We are in the middle of Corona Virus where hygiene is of essential. To make a matters worse from 20th of April the dustin has not be collected. Its breading maggots also the bins get ******. The service delivery suckes . We call the call centre no answer keep on holding forever , we report Street lights no one cares to fix not to mention trees. But at the end of the month we need to pay full amounts. Even if we pay we are shortage of R100 they are quick to send termination letters with extra cost involved but no Service delivery. Our streets are a mess dirty every where
