prepaid meter that needs electricity to function
I app**** for a prepaid electricity Meter at The Alberton municipal offices in 2014.. A meter was installed a month later by the technicians (at the cost of R 3000). To my shock and dismay this meter requires electricity to function (must be plugged in the wall socket) what this means is should you run out of electricity then you can't recharge by yourself. I have run out it electricity twice and both occasions I had to call emm call centre to arrange technicians who will recharge for me in the electricity box in the street. Currently I'm 2 days without electricity still waiting for a technician who has been on his way from the 20th May...today is the 22nd. No feedback no response. Regret my decision to install prepaid..In fact I'd rather revert to the old system because this is unsustainable. I can't guard my kids and the electrical units at the same priority daily in fear of a cut which takes days to restore. What happened to the old regular meters? Can someone please help restore and load my units today Please ?..I can't survive another day!
Please supply me with the reference number so that we can follow up on the call and try to get it resolved as soon as possible
Best regards,
