Prepaid meter not working

The new wireless prepaid meter that my house was converted to doesn't work.<br> I do not have a problem with that fact that I was covered to prepaid but this wireless system isn't working from the very first day.<br> <br> The keypad is indicating \rF CON\", (not receiving a signal). Initial when I walked to the power box which is /- 100 meters up the road it would pickup the signal about 50 meters away from the box.<br> Then I could load electricity and see what is left. I logged a call on 18/01/2016 and someone came out on 22/01/2016, I don't know what they did but it then worked for about a hour at my house.<br> After they left the area the keypad doesn't get the signal even if I stand directly in front of the power box. I have to open the power box and push the keypad in-between all the wires before it gets the signal.<br> To load power now I must also hold the keypad between all the wires in the power box while typing in the token, it usually fails 2 or 3 times and I have to try again and again.<br> <br> The is an electrical shock hazard!<br> The power box was recently locked so now I cannot see how much or load electricity anymore.<br> <br> When will this be fixed!!"
