prepaid meter blocked

<p>Tried buying electricity and it's keeps on declining, until we went to pick n pay and they said it's says the meter is blocked, and the account is not on arrears. Another thing we have been buying but we no longer get the free units anymore. This is really frustrating especially with no communication at all.</p>
