Prepaid meter blocked
I tried on Sunday to purchase electricity for my prepaid meter, ***. Only to be told that the meter has been blocked.<br> I tried calling Emm, only to be sent from pillar to post!!!<br> Nobody that i spoke to, (5 people), could give me any answers...<br> <br> Now i need to take time out of my busy day tomorrow and venture into Kempton Park municipality to sort thus out<br> <br> Yes.....i am angry
