Prepaid electricity

I have been living in the dark for 3 days now, called EMM on Tuesday to report a problem, called again on Wednesday and was told a technician would come, took off time from work and waited and no technician came, food is rotting in the fridge now. Waisted my airtime phoning. What else must I do??????
