Precautions not taken

I went to court today at Edenvale to pay for my fines, there is no sanitizers or disinfects, the sad part is this is a government entity and precautions are not taken, lot of people walk in there on daily basis, a mere hand soap is not even in the toilet and we here about South African government on the news talking about readiness for the virus, I think there should be a big fine for such government department.... this is shocking
