Pre-Termination Notices

They are ******* artists. My account was payable on 25th October 2022. They were "offline" from 20 October to 27 October 2022. I paid on 27 October 2022. On 1 November 2022 a Pre-Termination notice was hand delivered to all households in the Estate, at a cost of R 189-40 debited to the consumer, when the account was fully paid up, albeit 2 days late through no fault of the consumer They do this every month, yet they do not accept payments during the period they are supposed to. They ignore letters and have complete disregard for the consumer. It is deliberately ********** on their part and just another way to extract a payment to which they are not entitled.
