PRE PAID NOT ALLOWED!!!

Good day<br> <br> I went to Ekurhuleni Edenvale to request PRE PAID meter for my personal town house and was shown in a list of complexes that I am not ALLOWED to have pre paid meter as I stay in a cluster !!!.<br> I am highly convinced that it is a consumer right to decide how to be billed if we are still having rights in this Country and besides that my property is a TOWN HOUSE not a cluster.<br> I will be extremely surprised if anybody attend to my complaint!!!.<br> My account is ***<br> <br>
