Pre paid electricity nightmare

i bought pre paid electricity via fnb and now the token is not valid and when i call fnb they say municipality is the one responsible to issue the token numbers, so if its not valid they must check on their system.<br> a technician was sent to my house to check the token and he just said its not valid, and didnt offer any way forward. so meaning im at a loss of R500..
