Pre-Paid card blocked

<p>OurPre-Paid card is blocked and that after we paid R7405 on our account on Monday 31st of October 2016 , account number ********** 699 and now I only have 10 units left and can't buy electricity, what do I do now and its Sunday</p>

Good day, kindly please contact your nearest municipality ask for billing department then they shall unblock your electricity.
