Power outrage 😡

My electricity was switched off this morning just after 10 am at first I thought it was load shedding then I realized it was not load shedding. Our area had lights and our neighbors. My husband went to Germiston Municipality and they told him they did send out anyone to cut our lights. We logged in a query up until now 20h15 no one has attended my query. We are the only one without lights around our area this was a stuff up on their side and no one is helping us. I spent the whole days on the phone with their call center and they keep saying they marked it as urgent. No sense of urgency especially if this is their mistake no correction measures taken to rectify their stuff up and yet we are suffering.
