Power outage

We have been without power for 4 days today. They came the first day and did not bring the correct key to get into the box. The only came back the next evening and they discovered there is a cable fault . Digging now for 2days and yet no feedback, no estimated time of finish and the call center is useless. No interest but for a few ones who is trying a little to help. The technicians on site is not helpful. Our food is off and our driveways are destroyed and nobody cares
