Power outage

Hi hellopeter I'm so sad about the experience I had with Ekurhuleni municipality , it's been more than 10days now with out electricity in my house, I’m a resident of 8 kiepersol street, Leondale , Roodebult , 1401. The main switch at the street box got burned. When we call the call Centre it’s either the agents cut the call after holding on for a very long time (1hour) or they answer the call & keep quiet while I listen to passing cars in the backround or them having conversations with fellow agents and when they respond they always tell you they are escalating the matter and someone will call you and still you don’t receive that call. We cant carry on like this, municipality please help sort this out. The past 10 days experience, it’s not acceptable really. Food is now spoiled in the fridge. Please assist.
