Power outage

I lodged a complaint with the Ekurhuleni customer care department East Rand yesterday regarding a power outage at my house I spoke to a guy by the name of Sibusiso and he assured me they would send someone to come and asssit, this morning I phoned again to check progress, until now they haven't attended to my query. Their service is really appalling I am still waiting for them and its almost two days now.
