Power out complaint logged

Logged a call on Wednesday 15 Jan 2025, for power problem at outside electricity box,someone came out same day and promised to come with a team later the same day. This did not happen. I got hold of a manager named Onicca who was very helpful and she sent through the team . Unfortunately they could not repair the fault and had to send a contractor Chris through to assist. Chris kept in contact with me explaining what had to be done etc, to the damaged wires (caused by water in the council unit outside on the pavement) Thank you to Onicca and Chris for going the extra mile to assist. Power was reinstated on Friday at 4.30pm.
