power failure

About six houses in our area(Germiston ext 9) are without lights since Thursday and we have reported the problem to the city power yesterday and this morning but no action has been taken, my reference number is ***. All they keep saying is that they will send technicians to attend to the matter, but nothing has been done. I am so disappointed a out their reaction time, it seems they do not practice Batho Pele principle, translated people first.
