Power cut- Still waiting for a Technician 3 days later

My electricity has been cut for 3 days now for no reason at all. I called the call center and i was told there is a problem affecting numerous houses. But when i drive around i see no house with no electricity. I was told the technician will be assigned to assist me, everyday i call twice and no technician has been assigned 3rd day today. I feel helpless as if no one really care to assist with my problem, My food is getting spoiled, i have no money in excess to feed my family in this period. Can someone please just assist me from place of a good heart???
